We strive to provide excellent service which includes the security of shipping your packages. We have opted to provide you with multiple options for shipping your order that provide tracking numbers to ensure that you can monitor your shipment as it travels to your doorstep.
International Standard Shipping
To provide free shipping to every major market, we have elected to use an affordable shipping service through Priority Mail International (AIR) to send the package to your country. Then, the package will be handed over to your local delivery service after customs clearance. Processing orders after receiving the order placement can take 3-7 business days. Delivery is usually within two weeks in the US and EU regions but can be up to 30 days depending on your proximity location (it does not deliver on Sundays or holidays).
Due to differing international customs processes, The Case Factory cannot be held liable for any packages shipped via this method once they have left our warehouse. We can help you contact the shipping carrier for details if you run into any tracking issues. You may file a complaint report with them if you did not receive your package. In some cases, we may use a shipping method that requires a signature upon receipt based on the total value of your order.
