Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
If your order is delivered in multiple parts, the withdrawal period generally begins when you receive the last item or the last part of the order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning the Goods
After submitting your withdrawal request, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw.
Unless the goods are defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection rights, you are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. The return address can be outside the EU, depending on the product.
The goods should be returned in a condition that allows us to inspect them. You may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection.
Refunds
Once a valid withdrawal has been exercised, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost charged for the original shipment, subject to applicable law.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable legal exception exists. For example, this may include goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, where the relevant legal requirements for the exception are met.
This Right of Withdrawal policy applies only to consumers located in the European Union and is intended to apply to distance purchases where the EU consumer withdrawal rules are applicable.
This right of withdrawal is separate from any statutory rights you may have in relation to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods. Those rights remain unaffected.
