Returns & Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is defective.
  • Parts of the item are missing.
  • Your package was lost.
  • Misleading product information

If more than 30 days have passed since your package arrived, we cannot process a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including box and wrapping paper.

All merchandise returned to The Case Factory must be in the original packaging with all original items accompanying the merchandise. If the original packaging is not available, pack your item securely using a replacement box and proper packaging to ensure the device is well protected. The return address will vary based on the product but will be included on the return label.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Warranty Policy
Products that do not include electronics (for example: phone cases, watch bands, and phone accessories) may be warranted for up to 3 months against manufacturing defects. Please note that we will review product details carefully when a warranty claim is made. you will have to send the product back to us if the warranty claim is approved. Regarding warranty, we will send you an equivalent new product or give you a partial refund based on the product's current condition.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at contact@thecasefactory.co.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
